Learn to move your bodyweight rhythmically, through a variety of movement, strength, cardio and arm balancing exercises - all intentionally choreographed to achieve physical fitness and grace of movement.

Our Sunday class will take your Controlled Strength™ practice to the next level. All levels of experience are catered for in this program - suitable for beginners through to the experienced.
