What Will You Be Learning?

With a group of like minded students over the course of 8 weeks, you will:

  • Learn progressive hand and arm balance skills in structured classes.

  • Undertake strength, movement and mobility drills to prepare your body for arm balance flows.

  • Improve your balance and achieve longer holds in wall-free arm balances and inversions.

  • Work at your own pace and receive individual support from your experienced group coach.

+ Will I have enough strength to do the program?

Yes! The program is designed to make inversions and arm balances accessible to EVERYONE regardless of level of experience.

+ What can I expect to achieve by the end of the program?

The program equips you with the physical conditioning required to achieve inversions and arm balances in record time.

Whether you are just starting your arm balance journey or are ready to learn more complex transitions - we have the program for you.

If you are already experienced in arm balances and inversions, our Level 2 and Level 3 programs may be more appropriate. When you register, we will confirm which level is most appropriate for you.

+ I am fearful of going upside down. Is this for me?

Yes! Our program is at your own pace. Our experienced coaches will guide you through progressive strength, mobility and movement drills to enable confident arm balancing - all in a safe and fun environment.

+ When does the 8 week program start?

The program kicks off 18 March 2019.

+ What are the class times?

We have four class times to suit everyone - evening, early morning, midday and late evening.

+ What if I miss a class?

As part of the program you have unlimited access to group classes (space permitting) and our online video classes (with your own personal log-in). So you can make up any class in person - or online!

+ Where are you located?

We have two studios, one located in Prahran and the other in Collingwood.

+ Can I mix and match the schedule and / or studios?

Yes, you can choose any combination of groups or locations.

+ Can I trial a class to see what it’s like?

Sure! Our drop in rate is $35 per class.

+ What’s the parking like?

There is ample parking in the early mornings. Any other time can be a challenge - so plan additional time for parking.
