So you google “HOW TO HANDSTAND”. They give you a ridiculous tutorial and say PRACTICE.

You google “How to CALISTHENICS”. They (equally ridiculously) say “Must be able to do push ups and pull ups first”.

Then you do a class and all you get is modifications to movements that don’t seem to get you anywhere.

MEH.

We want you to know that we’ve got you.

Women need more than just a “try this instead” approach to movement.

Modifications? Yup.. Strength and skill building doesn’t work like that - especially for us women.

What we truly need is a step by step, thoughtfully designed process. One that understands our physiology and know what to do to build strength faster, and safer.

So here is the plan we’ve cooked up for you:

We are going to spend 28 days as part of a carefully structured program that will guarantee your handbalancing results. A program that’s built to transform you from handstand hopeful to boldly balancing on your hands. 

We will be laying down a rock-solid foundation of strength and skill, brick by brick.

We start at the very beginning, focusing on building the strength and confidence you need, minus the faceplants.

Learn the key techniques for safe and effective hand balancing, from the ground up. With this skill, nobody can shake you, my friend.

Gymnastics and bodyweight strength movements to build bullet proof shoulder strength, so that you can - not only progress quicker in handbalancing but also do more than just handstand (hello pull ups!).

Designed exclusively for women starting their journey with handbalancing, this is where you’ll find your footing in a supportive, step-by-step environment.

  • A: Absolutely! Our 28 Day Handstand Kickstart dives deep into hand balance and strength foundations. This will be a great place for you to start!

  • A: A solid handstand foundation. You will not only be able to see clear progress in your handbalancing journey but you will also feel stronger, more mobile and heaps more confident than you’ve ever been before.

  • Your membership allows you to attend up to 3 sessions a week. Minimum attendance to experience progress is 2 sessions a week. It really depends on your schedule and if you can make it to every session.
