What is it?

Matriarx Elevate is a 10 week mobility & skill program for women who want to move beyond strength.

This is structured skill development.

Elevate is where you learn to:

  • Control your body upside down

  • Develop the ability to move around rings, bar and parallettes

  • Build mobility to get into deeper positions with ease

If Games is about how much force you can produce…

Elevate is about how well you can control it.

MatriarX Elevate is for the woman who:

  • already trains strength and wants more

  • Feels strong but disconnected from control

  • Want to build upside down, rings / bar / parallettes repertoire

  • is ready to train skill with structure

Who is Elevate for?

  • Rings / Bar / Parallettes work: Levers, pull overs, skin the cat, Russian / Korean dips, Flags, V-sit and dynamic skills.

  • Hand Balancing: Freestanding handstand, complex arm balance transitions and Handstand press / flags

  • Mobility: Front / middle split, backbends, pancake, overhead mobility and compression strength

What are the skills covered?

  • 10 week customised program 4 sessions a week

  • Nutritional Guidance (optional)

  • Gym Access to complete your sessions on your own

  • Class and open gym access for face to face coaching

  • Video feedback by coaches

  • 4 skill based performance lab workshops spread over 10 weeks

  • Integration day Where you show off everything you’ve built over 10 weeks (photoshoot included)

FAQs

  • March 23rd - May 29th

  • You’ll train a progressive skill program over 10 weeks, focusing on handstands, rings, levers, and the strength that supports them. Programming is individualised, meeting you where you are and building toward clean, controlled execution.

    Throughout the cycle, classes and open gyms support your training - helping you refine shapes, improve control, and understand how your body works within each skill.

    Your final session is an integration session: you come in, train your program, and move through the skills you can now perform with confidence.
    No comp. No judging. No leaderboard.

    Just receipts and a little bit of fun.

  • Full Members: $300 top up (or $120 / week membership)

    Non members: $1300 (or $130 a week)
