Small group training built on Axis Theory - where you develop the strength, control, and foundations that make every skill that comes after it possible.
This is where you learn how to train, not just how to move.
WHAT IS THE LAB?
The Lab runs in 8 week progressive blocks, 2-3 sessions a week, coached in person. Every session is individualised to your level inside a group setting - so you're not stuck doing the same thing as everyone else, but you're also not training alone. The programming is structured, the progression is intentional, and nothing is in the session without a reason.

Who is this for?
Women who want to train, not just show up. It doesn't matter where you're starting from - what matters is that you're ready to train with intention. If you've been moving without direction, hitting the same walls, or following programs that weren't built for your body, this is where that changes.
