HOW IT WORKS
Wherever you're starting from, there's a clear way in.
Level 1: The Lab
"I just want to get strong and learn this properly."
Start with The Lab. This is our small group classes where you build the foundations - strength, control, and the basics that make every skill possible later. You'll train alongside women who get it, in a space that supports you.
Here is where you begin
Our signature group classes are the entry point into our system.
This is where you:
build your base, lock in your foundations
learn how your body responds to load
develop control, mobility, and strength
Learn how to train to actually progress
Level 2:
The Program
"I've been training, but I want to actually progress."
Move into The Program when you're past the beginner stage and ready for clear, skill focused progression. Strength programmed so the work compounds into the skills you've been chasing.
The next step once the foundations are in place.
These are customised coached programs that build on the base you developed in level 1.
This is where you:
follow a fully customised training program and train within a coached group setting
Full gym access to train independently when needed
receive ongoing coaching feedback and support
progress toward more advanced and specific strength and skill goals
Level 3: The Intensive
Step into The Intensive For women who train hard and want progress that matches. Advanced strength and conditioning, skill and output combined, every session pointing somewhere specific.
The Intensive
The highest level of support we offer, this is for women who want to accelerate progress and work toward very specific outcomes.
The Intensive builds on Level 1&2 where you:
train on a fully customised program
work 1:1 with a coach in dedicated sessions
use coaching time to troubleshoot, refine, and progress even faster
focus on clearly defined strength or skill goals
Full gym access to train independently when needed
