We believe in arming our graduate coaches with a solid arm balance understanding so they can teach everyone how to arm balance. We do this by teaching coaches (you) how to deconstruct arm balance poses and transitions and create a safe step-by-step process to build the physical structure of your students - regardless of their limitations - so they are “arm balance ready”.

The Curriculum
The Controlled Strength™ Arm Balance Coaching Certification (Level 1)
Created with strong focus on breaking down the structure of arm balance poses and transitions, this certification is designed to help coaches build a strong foundation and simplify the complexity of arm balancing.
The 80 hour program is delivered with a strong emphasis on increasing practitioner strength and mobility through the selective and progressive programming of conditioning drills and skill exercises.
With a strong emphasis on safety over 4 and a half weekends in a small group of no more than 20, you will investigate the practical applications of Controlled Strength™ drill sequencing and skill work that promote effortless transitions into arm balances and rapid arm balance steadiness.
Upon completion the right graduates will be given the opportunity to join our team of exceptional Controlled Strength™ certified coaches.
COURSE CONTENT
CS Foundations™ the foundations of basic inversions and arm balance poses and transitions.
Alignment teaching and adjustment of Level 1 arm balances and transitions.
Movement strength and mobility conditioning for accelerated progress in arm balances.
Equipment safe and effective usage of props and Equipment.
Anatomy functional anatomy in arm balances and how to use the body intelligently to avoid overuse, compensation and injuries.
Mindset help your practitioners overcome the fears that affect their arm balance practice.
Sequencing structuring intelligent arm balance sequences and programs that incorporate drills and flow.
