What is
BrigadeX is our comprehensive 4-phase training methodology designed to build elite bodyweight athletes. Each complete cycle takes 12 months and consists of four distinct phases that progressively develop your strength, skill, and competitive edge.

Phase 1: Strength Foundation Build your 1RM baseline and develop raw power. This is our competition preparation phase—where we assess and program according to your current maximum capabilities.
Phase 2: Skill Development Master technical movement patterns, handstand progressions, and complex bodyweight skills with precision and control.
Phase 3: Strength on Steroids (Volume-Based) Take your strength to the next level through high-volume training that builds muscular endurance and work capacity.
Phase 4: Skill on Steroids (Complexity-Based) Advance to elite-level movement complexity, combining strength and skill into seamless, competition-ready performance.
After completing all four phases, the cycle repeats—building on your new baseline to reach even higher levels of performance.
