  • 4–5 structured sessions per week for 10 weeks.


    Expect calisthenics strength, handstands, mobility, and conditioning that’ll build your engine - not just leave you sweaty.
    You’ll also get:

    • Nutrition coaching & check-ins

    • Progress tracking so you actually know it’s working

    • Direct access to your coaches via WhatsApp or Telegram for feedback, questions, and the occasional hype message

  • Your program is delivered through our personal training app.

    But no, we dont leave you to your own devices.

    You get to train at BWB with the program ready to go—and a coach on hand for form checks, questions, or small pep talks.

    Can’t make it to BWB? No problem. You get unlimited access to your coaches (and the community) over whatsapp / telegram so you can send your videos in for feedback.
