Coach Code
The secret society for elite level bodyweight strength coaches.
Times have changed.
They’re not chasing six pack selfies anymore.
They’re chasing their first Muscle up. Their first handstand.
Something that feels like progress
They don’t just want to look strong.
They want to DO things with their strength.
To learn skills. To feel capable.
Even if it means starting from scratch after kids, in their 30s, 40s, or post menopause.
Women want a different kind of STRONG.
And that means it’s on you, their coach - to offer more than traditional S&C or the latest fitness fad.

Your clients are plateauing.
They’re bored.
They want progress they can FEEL, not just another sweaty finisher.
You want to help them break through.
But the tools you currently have in your toolbox just don’t cut it:
Outdated movements. The same old progressions.
…..And zero guidance on how to coach real skill development.

Have I got your attention?
Hi, I’m Shimi.
If you've followed my work, you already know I’m obsessed with precision.
Not perfection. Precision.
The kind that takes a half rep and builds it into something solid and clean.
The kind that builds strength in layers
The kind that blends strength and skill - so your body can handle a handstand just as well as a pull up.
Now? I’m passing it all on.
This is your invitation to join Coach Code.
A 13-week Axis Theory certification that combines:
Programming principles
Progressions that actually make sense
Assessment systems that go beyond “move well”
Cues that create change
Structured frameworks you can apply to any female client
And every hard earned lesson I’ve learned from 14+ years of coaching bodyweight strength.
No fluff. No buzzwords.
Just real systems - for coaches who want to do this properly.
Real, deep, technical knowledge - delivered in a way that actually makes sense in the real world, with real women.
What you’ll get:
A plug-and-play assessment system built on Axis Theory; so you always know what your client actually needs next
Programming frameworks that adapt to real humans
A progression + regression system that builds both skill and strength (without confusing your client or stalling them out)
The science behind smart load design - so you can build your own high impact STRENGTH SYSTEM instead of relying on recycled templates
13 weeks of direct mentorship, feedback, and support - so you’re never left guessing
Who is it for?
want to dominate in the bodyweight strength space
are sick of “bro science” and random workouts
want to teach pull ups, muscle ups, planches, levers, handbalancing, and beyond… tailored to the female physiology.
know there's a smarter way and want the tools to prove it
Are ready to level up from good coach to an exceptional one
FEMALE coaches who:

Why I’m doing this:
Because the industry is full of noise.
And women deserve coaches who actually know what the hell they’re doing.
If you’re done winging it,
If you want to back your programming with logic and science, and if you want to feel confident teaching strength and skill from the ground up...
Then Coach Code is your next move.
Most courses teach you what to do.
Coach Code teaches you how to think.
You won’t just get exercises - you’ll get the systems, the principles, and the mindset that make elite coaching automatic
You’ll stop second guessing yourself.
You’ll stop following random methods that don't respect the way women’s bodies actually work.
You’ll finally understand why certain programs work - and why a lot of them don’t.
And you’ll walk away with frameworks you can apply to any client, at any level, for real results.
This isn’t just education. It’s evolution.
If you want to be the coach who gets women doing things they never thought possible - without burning them out, breaking them down, or wasting precious time - you’re exactly where you need to be.

Here’s the full 13-week curriculum inside Coach Code - built for coaches who want to master strength, skill, and smart programming for women.
1. Intake & Athlete Profiling
Learn how to run a smart assessment, spot high-impact movement opportunities, and build programs based on what your athlete actually needs — not just what they want.Handbalancing Map
Learn how to coach handbalances with structure and clarity.
You’ll screen wrist, compression, and shoulder capacity, map entries based on athlete profiles, and build the line using scapular elevation, rib control, and midline mechanics.
This module connects skill retention to strength - and bridges directly into HSPUs and press to handstand progressions.Handstand Push Up Map
Finally understand why women get stuck - and how to fix it. You’ll help your clients build strength from the ground up, and learn how to scale with intention.Muscle Up Map
Break down the muscle-up into pieces you can actually coach — from pull strength to bar path to transitions. Learn how to get your clients there without endless banded reps.Planche Map
Build the kind of scapular strength and wrist control that makes advanced bodyweight training look easy - and actually improves handstands, levers, and overhead control.Lever Map
Learn what it takes to develop advanced movements like lever and why we don’t typically see women performing them. Teach your clients how to hold tension through the entire chain - and watch their pulling strength and bar control improve without more volume.Split Squat to Pistol Map
This isn’t “leg day.” Learn how to program single-leg strength that improves compression, mobility, ankle control, and entry into more advanced skills like dragon squats. (also watch your deadlifts and back squats uplevel)One Arm Chin Up Map
Develop powerful pulling patterns by working towards single arm pulling strengthFree Gains as a Strategy (modules 9&10 combined)
Learn how to program smarter by choosing regressions that unlock multiple skills at once. This one principle will save you years of programming headaches.Smart Scaling & Recovery Based Progression (modules 9&10 combined)
What do you do when your athlete is strong but exhausted? This module teaches you how to scale the right way — without killing progress or causing burnout.Programming & Periodization
Design full bodyweight strength training cycles that move from control to force to output - so your athlete doesn’t stall halfway through. You’ll learn to map sessions that drive results without overcomplicating things.Skill Acquisition for Women
Getting stronger doesn’t mean you’ll automatically get better. This module teaches you how to coach skill retention - especially for women juggling training, life, and recovery.Troubleshooting Progress Plateaus
Know exactly what to do when progress stalls - whether the problem is load, control, or skill breakdown. You’ll learn to diagnose the issue fast and fix it without scrapping the whole program.Online Coaching Execution
Deliver online programs that actually work - even remotely. Learn how to adjust drills, coach movement patterns, and keep your athletes progressing without you in the room.
