A multi skilled training program that specialises in calisthenics / bodyweight strength training designed to get you super strong and upside down.

Okaaayyyy.. but how does this actually work?

The program is all about structure. We do this because your body needs time to adapt and become stronger. And random exercises in random group classes are just not going to cut it, my friend.

So we work in small group settings (no more than 8 students per coach). This way your handstands and chin ups will be carefully developed over 8 weeks with individual attention.

So instead of feeling like you’re just going through the motions, say hello to structure and aim exactly for where you’d like to be 8/ 16/ 24/ 32 weeks from today.
