Bodyweight B is our signature group training stream - built around calisthenics, mobility, and bodyweight strength.
You train in 8 week progressive blocks designed to help you build real strength, skill, and control.
Every session is customised to your level, even in a group setting. So you’re not stuck doing the same thing as everyone else like every other group class you’ve attended.

This is for women who want to train — not just move.
You don’t need to be strong to start.
But you will be by the end of your first block.

How Does It Work?
We run in 8 week blocks
You train 2–3x/week
Each session is customised to your level, coached in person
