Are your arm balances missing a little balance? Or maybe you have always wanted to experience the thrill of learning to arm balance? During this progressive and fun loving arm balance workshop you will progress rapidly in your arm balances over the 2.5 hours safely and with confidence!

Renowned for teaching mixed level programs in Australia, Malaysia and India this event is perfect for first timers, beginners, all body structures, all ages (18+) and seasoned practitioners. Arm balance variations and transitioning from one pose to another, will be learnt by experienced practitioners.

What Will You Learn?

With a group of like minded practitioners you will:

  • learn arm balancing skills and body awareness

  • undertake strength and mobility drills to prepare your body for handstand, headstand, forearm balance and Crow pose

  • seasoned practitioners will learn more complex variations and transitions including elbow levers and hollow backs.

  • improve your balance and achieve longer holds in wall free arm balances

  • receive individual support from your own group coach

  • learn the techniques you can use immediately at home to continue your rapid progression after the workshop

About The Facilitator:

Power & Posture™ has helped students for nearly a decade take their arm balance practice to the next level. Founder and lead coach Shimi Nadaraja will be leading this workshop along with her team of diversely skilled Controlled Strength™ certified coaches. Her team have trained under global yogis, gymnasts, powerlifting coaches, Cirque du Soleil and martial artists. The Controlled Strength™ method incorporates a diversity of fitness methods including yoga, movement, traditional strength and gymnastics training to create thrilling and intense workshops for practitioners in Australia, India, Singapore and Malaysia.
