  • A: Absolutely not. We work with women from all levels of practice – beginners, intermediate and advanced alike. Every Bodyweight B program is designed to meet you where you’re at and help you progress to the next level.

  • A: Each group has no more than 8 women. We love having the best of both worlds; customised training + in a group setting. We believe there is no one exercise fits all, it’s important to be able to focus on every individual in our sessions, providing customised coaching, even in a group setting.

  • A: No. Our programs are structured to provide the progress you need within these 3 sessions per week. Alongside our extra classes like Lifting, Calisthenics and Rocket yoga, we’ve got you covered.
